Kirk Van Ludwig’s designs are influenced by Vancouver’s modernism movement in the early 1970’s and a fond memory of coastal mountains and trees having spent many childhood days in Stanley Park. His pieces juxtapose regional wood with synthetic materials such as metal and acrylic to give a clean, contemporary look.
