This project created the opportunity to reuse the existing cabinets, add a few new ones and remove a few as well. Removing the upper cabinets over the peninsula opened the kitchen space to the dining room and more natural light from large windows in the dining room.
The cabinets were painted with Daly's paints and glazes, it took several coats to achieve the desired affect.
Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances replace the existing laminate countertops and white builder grade appliances.
We also built-in the fridge by adding side panels and a new cabinet above, and a new pantry to the right of the fridge creates easy assess to food and increases storage.
