This Sears Kit house remodel was done to change the original floor plan of the bungalow into a 3 bedroom 2 bath open floor plan house with exceptional natural light. The kitchen provides excellent work space and commodious storage. All ceilings in the house were painted blue to "prevent ghosts" by client request.
