Kitchen and Bath Remodel
Custom Kitchen and Bathroom Renovation completed in August 2016.
This project for the Briscoe family in Lake View Terrace started with the master bathroom remodel. We increased the size of the shower space in order to fit in a walk-in tub and converted the existing bath tub area into a laundry room. New tile, lighting and vanity cabinet rounded out the rest of the bathroom remodel.
For the master bedroom, we converted existing space to a custom shoe and handbag cabinet with glass doors. We also built out a three door closet and installed a new three track aluminum sliding patio door. New carpet, lighting and fresh paint finished off the master bedroom.
After discussing the kitchen with the Briscoe family, we decided to go with custom cabinets to match the classic look of the home and the existing exposed beams. We were able to increase the storage space by utilizing more of the kitchen and integrate specific requests of our client like a pop-up mixer cabinet. To preserve the character of the space, we decided to refinish and keep the existing island. In particular, we love our client's choice to put a concrete farmhouse sink as an accent piece in the kitchen. A new hood, appliances, hardware and paint rounded out the rest of the kitchen renovation.
Overall, this kitchen turned out fantastic and we are thankful to serve this home with this work.
