Kitchen and Master Suite Addition to a Prairie Village home of substantial size and lot size. The existing homes small and old kitchen did not suffice for the homeowners and their two boys. With the kitchen expansion there is plenty enough space for the boys to run around, mom to cook and dad to eat. They can all fit at the island, the breakfast area table or they can move to the dining room (existing). Above the kitchen is the master suite, an additional bedroom and master bathroom with freestanding tub, porcelain (marble looking) tile all over and a double vanity for both parents. These spaces are light and bright with the addition of window placement and clarification on darkness of wall color, we were able to make this space appear very large and massive comparative to what was existing.
