1. Remove cabinet doors & drawers
2. Clean the cabinets: remove grease & grime
3. Repair holes, dents, or gouges w/ wood filler; spot-prime greasy spots
4. Sand to create a firm, clean base for new paint to adhere to
5. Thoroughly vacuum sanding dust
6. Apply primer
7. Apply new semi-gloss latex paint
