The transformation of this kitchen included substantial structural solutions in order to provide the owners with the kitchen of their dreams. Originally a dated small broken up kitchen with the refrigerator located in a small back entry, the entire space was pulled together by introducing flush beams inside the existing framed ceiling and providing additional structural support in the basement. The corner space off of the renovated kitchen allows for casual interaction between the 'chef of the day' and family and or guests.
