Our clients retained us from out of state and much of the design was facilitated through Facetime and emails! The goal was to open up the existing space to provide a family gathering point for their new home. A backyard access from the kitchen with a new patio, a new pantry, new washer/dryer nook, and eliminating all of the headers made this a fun project!
