This kitchen remodeling project was pull and replace, meaning that the footprint was left unchanged. We had a few very specific goals as we transformed this space:

-Remove the dark, heavy cabinetry
-Switch to lighter, brighter cabinets
-Make the very most of the one window, allowing it to have maximum impact
-Install a bright, modern countertop and backsplash

We accomplished all of the above, and removed the soffit above the ceiling to create more cabinetry space as well. The addition of the glass cabinet doors also creates the illusion of a larger window than there really is.
