As simple as this project looks, it had to be one of our most difficult ones. The old floor was 4" out of level from one side of the kitchen to the other, the Back door barely closed and when it did, the whole exterior wall would shake about an inch left and right. The radiators were sunken into the floor, the kitchen was tiny and had a horrible layout. These clients did the right thing by reaching out to KC Quality Contracting. Our new design, allowed them to maximize their cabinet space and make everything perfect while remaining within their budget. In this project, we tore everything out to studs. The floor was bolted down with new beams and subfloor and lifeproof flooring. The walls were newly installed, trimmed and finished. The new space has a beautiful, useful kitchen, a back room, & a new bathroom fully packed with customized cabinetry that was fabricated and installed also by us !
