This used to be small galley kitchen with a couple of small non bearing walls by the entrance and hallway. We demolished and disposed of them while building a new kitchen island and custom buffer bar from scratch.
Given our customer's love for cooking, maximizing counterspace was one of the most important motivations behind this project. Our customer hand picked tile definitely helped tying the room together while providing a sense of sophistication to the room.
