We met the homeowners with demo in progress. They hired us to design & build the remodel. We removed the former butler pantry adding space to this kitchen remodel. A large island was key, and there is a 30' length of cabinets along the range wall. IKEA cabinets, hardwood flooring, quartz countertops with waterfall at island, (sealed) marble tile backsplash, finishes, plumbing, electrical and hvac upgrades. Into the build the Owner decided to shorten the island and create more space for the small dine-in area by the existing bay window.
