There was a deteriorated Cape Cod style home and we demolished the house but re-used the existing foundation and building footprint due to zoning restrictions and the small size of the lot. I designed a brand new house for the family with 2 small children on a tight budget and a critical schedule to occupy. We were able to design and manage construction, bringing the house in on time and budget.
