KS Deck, Porch, and Structural Project

Client requested we give their front porch a face lift using wood stain and new lighting features in addition to solving structural problems that were causing the porch to fail. Client also requested we use the same wood stain on the back deck we had built for them in the prior year.

Client requested we restain their front door and then stain the porch ceiling to match. Installed two lighted ceiling fans with recessed lighting on either side of each fan to both ends of the porch.

Client had us remove the existing deck last year (2013) and rebuild to the existing dimensions and shape but include the new feature of solar post caps. After letting the deck weather the client requested we stain the new deck with the same stain used on the front porch door and ceiling.
