Delete old Murphy bed from living room.
Add plumbing for new wet bar to dining area.
Skim smooth all walls and ceilings of entire unit smooth.
New cabinetry for living room & wet bar.
Lowering ceilings of living room 2'' & installing Minus 2 recess lighting.
Sourcing original stone tile from entry & installing new matching material throughout all common areas.
Building valences & installing shades on all openings.
Low voltage system that controls everything in unit from shades, to lighting, & thermostat control. All of which can be control via Alexa or on wall switches.
