A 25 year old 3-story home on Lake Chatuge needed some TLC on the inside. The home had not been updated in 10 years so paint, creativity and lots of sweat equity gave this home a much needed facelift.

A teen room was given a dose of industrial flair with the iron bed, chalkboard wall, metal rail, corrugated metal "KEEP OUT" sign and zebra rug. Magnets of all different kinds flank the metal rail for a dose of whimsy.
