Lake house gut renovation of existing two story house. A new garage with office suite above and a breezeway connection was added to the scope. The house is situated on a beautiful lakefront and the rear of the house needed to be treated with as much attention as the front. The house interior and exterior needed to reflect the lake location and therefore wood finishes and blue siding colors where selected.
