Lake Home Renovation 2

Home designed on a hillside. Screened in porch and deck with stairs leading down to a privacy fence for swimming and/ or spa.

Project Year: 2018

Living room has double french doors opening onto a screened porch. The screened porch opens onto two decks on either side. The kitchen features an eat at island with built in cook top. The dining room opens to the kitchen and a walking pantry sits between them.

This lake home renovation adds a screen porch off of the main living room area that has access to decks on either side. The deck off of the kitchen area steps down to a private walled in area that can be used for a spa or swimming pool.
