1960's midcentury modern house on lake sawyer takes on a new face lift insid and out. Floor to ceiling windows with unobstructed views of the lake are the wow factor that hits you when you walk in the front door. The layout is open and friendly with a relaxed, hippy vibe. When you walk down the winding stairs that wrap around a huge driftwood tree to the daylight basement you can feel the inside/outside lines blurring. It was important to update this house with great care to keep look and feel of such a great example of midcentury architecture.
