A new staircase was built which led you to the huge entertainment space below this home. A dining area, kitchen, workout room, living room, game room, half bath, full bathroom, bar and bedroom was created.
Some modern features were used such as lighting, cable for the staircase, linear fireplace, and luxury vinyl flooring. Antiques were incorporated throughout the space such as the bar light that hangs from the barrel ceiling, certain pieces of furniture and some pictures.
The space is used for family and entertaining friends. The doors open up to a hot tub and the lake.
