With an expansive view of Lake Murray, the client wished to maximize their outdoor living opportunities by adding a substantial porch and pool. Natural elements of wood and stone were key to the design as well as multiple seating and viewing locations. The IPE flooring was a superb client select. Note; the Monaco pool coping was not an original client select, but works well for the hot South Carolina summers as it remains cool to the touch year-round.
