Details. Details. Details. Built in the 1980’s, this home was completely monochromatic in its interior and exterior design. The challenge was to update the house cosmetically with fine details and rich, colorful finishes.
From the metal Juliet balconies, staining on the soffits, to the flush-base on the wall trims, no detail was left un-thought or un-finished. Walls were opened up in the great room to create more depth of light and space, an awkward space between the house and garage was redesigned for a home office with custom designed steel railing leading down to a luxurious home theater and wine cellar. Leather was used as a wall finish in the family room along with rich, dark wood floors to enhance the comfortable livability of this home.
The well-done details, utilizing a variety of high-end materials helped pull this house together into the comfortable, luxurious, and aesthetically beautiful house it is now.
