Lakehouse Renovation

This ideal lot on Lake Michigan boasted an eye-sore of a cottage. But we saw the potential. For the exterior: we changed the pitch of the roof and the direction the roof faces. This gave way to taller ceilings and windows, letting in the light! Inside, we completely changed the layout, paying special attention to functionality and keeping an open-concept. The design, the build, and the finishing touches all came together to create this cheery lake-house getaway.
