Attic Space Conversion. We did all the architecture and engineering to convert this space up to code with the city. We reframed it, ran plumbing for an additional bathroom up in the new space, new drywall, new hardwood floor to match the rest of the house. This house is a one story but with this attic space it is now a two story with a new bedroom and bathroom. The tile work was exceptional and done with maticulous detail.
