Villages Of Woodlake is an HOA in Little Elm Texas. On the South end of the neighborhood is a 17 acre park with a small storm water pond/lake. Alfresco
Living was asked to install lighting in this park but to make it different. Four months earlier we had started working with a company in Minnesota by the name of Attraction Lights and they had just finished initial designs on their 11' and 13' pillars. Along with Attraction Lights we asked FX Luminaire and Ewing Irrigation to help facilitate this project. The end result is a lighting project that includes six 11' tall pillars each containing four FXL color changing and dimming fixtures. In addition there are three tree down lights and 60 well lights providing additional lighting in the park and along Woodlake Parkway.

This project took longer than anticipated because of weather during the time frame. But now it is complete with final approval walk through later this week.

As indicated there are six pillars sixty up lights and 3 down lights. There is over 1,700 feet of line voltage wire and 5,000 feet of Low Voltage wire in the ground. We have installed four FXL ZDC transformers to run the programs for the lights. During Christmas the portion of the lighting that was running was changing every 15 minutes with Red Green and White. Over the Valentines day weekend we programmed in Red and White with every third fixture being Red.
