The open plan design of this home is very successful. A cheerful yellow and gray dhurrie rug connects the foyer to the living room. Two fantastic pendant light fixtures make a big impact.

A gallery wall and simple sconces were installed above the sideboard. Shagreen wallpaper was added to the door panels. It looks really great in person. The original hardware was replaced with more modern door pulls.

The breakfast area is where the family eats most of their meals. I found the plaid bench and my client fell in love with it. We built the room around that bench.

Grasscloth wallpaper with a slight shimmer was added to the walls. An antique art deco mirror was hung a bove the bench by the front door. Metallic tea paper was added to the ceiling and I found the perfect lantern pendant. The room looks so polished and is a great first impression of the home.
