Customers recently purchased the home and wanted to rebuild the balcony and covered patio to be more of a focal point. Normally a structure of this size would require many posts but the customers didn't want to obstruct their view, so we build the structure with a 29' span between posts which required extra large footings (7'x7'x3') and a crane to drop the headers on top of posts saddle brackets. The top of the deck is Trex and railing is Trex composite railing posts and aluminum balusters. Not the easiest to construct but beautiful results!
