Large Scale Luxury

This new construction custom home in Old City is the latest home of Philadelphia Eagles safety Rodney McLeod. With the help of Henck Design, their 5 bedroom, 3 ½ bath custom home became a one of a kind space for the young couple, which was in need of home decor, space planning, paint color selections, material specifications and overall interior design planning. Henck’s primary goal for the design of this Eagles Players’ interior design style was to create a luxurious hotel-like feel in order to add character and charm to the new construction property.

While every stitch of furniture was kept neutral, Henck Design layered textures to maintain a chic quality and specified only the finest of furnishings and home decor for this client’s interior design project.

In order to create a lighter, modern kitchen, Henck had the cabinets updated to a fresh white rather than the existing gray wood cabinetry.

The retreat in the basement of the space is outfitted with a spectacularly masculine array of finishes such as leather, rustic wood, hammered metal, and silvery wallpaper.

To make this room as relaxing of a hideaway as possible for this young couple, Henck Design added a design favorite to the master suite: a sofa at the end of the bed for a sitting area.
