This residence was selected for the 2016 DWELL Marin Home Tour.

Our clients loved their prime location in a sylvan setting of Larkspur; however, they rejected the suburban aesthetics of the former house and were tired of its dark, compartmentalized interiors. The complete remodel transformed the house into a light-filled, open plan jewel-box of a house that now delights the family and fosters gracious California indoor-outdoor living. The focus of this project was on quality of space, materials, and finishings - not the quantity - and it’s restrained footprint and interior epitomizes clean, intelligent design.
