Landscape Design Workshop

Las Olas Beach Club

2017 American Architecture Prize Award winning project
Luxury Ocean-front condominium overlooking the famed Fort Lauderdale beach to the east and the Intracoastal Waterway to the west. Developed on a 2-acre site with 148 luxury apartments in a 29-story building.
Provided a new vision for the 35,000 sq. ft. amenity deck located on the 6th level over 5 levels of parking garage. The design focused on maximizing the impact of the magnificent ocean views by employing a well-orchestrated arrival sequence. The entry experience is unique and memorable. The visitor is greeted by a series of water features visually drawing one’s eye toward the ocean. Once entering the deck, the visitor is presented with a number of inter-connected spaces offering a variety of activities. Spaces for lounging, dining, socializing and entertaining. Landscape architecture and planning services included water feature design, summer kitchen, outdoor fire place, outdoor fire table, cabanas, planting, hardscape, lighting & irrigation.
