This project involves adding an additional 40 square feet of space to the existing laundry room. We were able to utilize a 5' x 8' void in the garage to expand this room to become a much more efficient space.

The finished room incorporated a new exterior door, new recessed lighting, radiant heated floors, new porcelain tiles, updated hard wood molding, and new cabinet storage. Please take a peek.
