This outdated and dysfunctional laundry room needed a major overhaul. In addition, the owners pets needed a doggy room for their food dishes and food storage. The original homeowner had installed a useless soffit around the entire room that not only lacked storage, just didn't make sense just to vent the dryer. So I stacked the washer and dryer, installed wood plank porcelain tile flooring and tons of storage. I added a stainless steel undercount laundry sink to the granite counter and the dogs even got matching granite for their doggy dishes. Finished it off with a stylish tile back splash and under cabinet LED lighting.
