The young family wanted their first home to reflect their values and family-focused lifestyle, celebrate the home’s original 1920’s era character, use efficient space planning to enhance functionality and install sustainable finishes to improve livability. MRM worked closely with the project’s outstanding architect, Carol Sundstrom, AIA, Rom Architecture Studio, and enthusiastic clients to deliver this wish list, creating a well-organized kitchen and welcoming indoor-outdoor dining space.
