We removed a high-water needs lawn and replaced it with a low-water perennial and California native garden which has inspired other neighbors on this street to do the same with their front yards! We poured a concrete paver path with dymondia groundcover and tiled the front porch with a timeless deco tile to go with the Craftsman style of the home.
