The transformation of this 1910 rustic barn into a two bedroom guesthouse was incredible. Reclaimed white washed planks used as wall cladding, concrete countertops and custom metal grating in the stairwell make for an old is new again feeling. We were able to incorporate the features of the faux exterior water tower inside the home by creating a barrel effect in the fireplace surround, including our take on metal strapping. Perfectly blended into the surrounding environment, looking our at the Three Sisters mountains, this remodel now provides space for the homeowner to entertain family and friends.
