We provided design and building for a tenant finish-out for the owner and client in 2012 and replaced the V-crimp roof with standing seam in 2015. The owner had had a problem with the leaking V-Crimp metal roof. The screws had been replaced at least twice. Some roofing was rusting through. We replaced it with a Standing Seam Galvalume Metal Roof system. We removed the stucco on the dormer so the windows could be replaced and installed Hardiplank siding in its place. We installed all necessary flashing at the dormers and solved a long standing problem.
