The focus of this project was to create a functional basement that met the needs of their growing family. One bedroom was converted to office space that opened to the children's play space. The main living room was design with two functions - One to have an adult space for entertaining. The second space would be for their children to play and would be flexible as they grew older. The Owners wanted the space to feel warm and inviting.
