We were proud to be selected to design a landscape within LEED guidelines that contributed two points toward Servicon Systems LEED Platinum rating, the first platinum rating for a commercial building in Culver City, California.

All turf grass was removed and replaced with water permeable hardscape consisting of decomposed granite and California Gold crushed rock. With employees in mind, a Bocce Court was centrally located and surrounded with plantings of Agaves and Blue Senecio ground cover. The property was book ended with two majestic Desert Museum Palo Verde trees.
