This one of our recent commercial contracts we were employed upon. The contract involved re-developing the front part of this church to provide a level access entrance and reconfigure the ground floor layout to provide multi functional space. We worked with both the client and the design team to bring this contract in to a specified budget, whilst also satisfying the constraints of current building regulations to use this as a commercial building.
