Easily one of the funnest parts of our building journey for each project is working with our clients to pick out their lighting fixtures. With so many great options out there, we are always looking forward to using light to really make each room and each project unique.

Recessed lights are used throughout our builds, with accent lighting fixtures included in line with the general design theme. This may include semi-flushed lighting, orb lighting or even outdoor lighting!

In bathrooms, how about Bluetooth speakers integrated into the ceiling light and fan? How about a mid-century touch for our California St. project to complement the original design elements? For a staircase in a recent new construction home, we used an 8-light hanging fixture to make a statement as well.
