Kate was the Team Lead on this Project that included 13 Workers and multiple family members. The family was overwhelmed by the idea of tackling this on thier own! Kate spearheaded this job - assisted with coordination of vendors and managing the team with an emphasis of ensuring family members wishes were respected and that they were always met with warmth and kindness through this stressful process.
