The owners wanted a contemporary water-front vacation residence for entertaining family and friends. Features include large windows facing the lake, an outdoor kitchen, a screened dining room, and an outside fire pit. Additionally, salt block makes up the bar, and black marble makes up the entry foyer.

House is 3,500 square feet and features insulated concrete panels.
