This 2-story coastal style home was designed for a family of 4. The challenge was the odd shaped site which actually turned into an opportunity to create something unique. The house is 5,000 SF under air, with a 3-car garage that is located on the left side of the house. The garage doors and driveway are off on the left side off of the side street. This allowed us to create a large front lawn along Marina Drive, creating a unique front presentation of the house without the distraction of the automobile. . .
