Guest House Remodel.
KITHCEN
We replaced the old cabinet doors and drawer faces with new shaker style. Tossed the old hardware and installed soft close European style hinges and drawer slides. Then we removed the old lower cabinets that were connected to the beam and replaced them with a custom-built island that is deeper for storage, and left room between it and the column for easier transitions from room to room.
BATHROOM
We removed the cast iron tub and built a custom shower with an infinity niche, and quartz accents that match the vanity countertops.
FLOORING
This is a pier and beam foundation. We raised the floors, installed an uncoupling membrane and Saltillo tile from Floor and Decor throughout.
