This client retained MMI to assist with their renovation project following the aftermath of Harvey. With several feet of flood water ravaging their home, MMI led the renovation efforts to renovate the entire home. Our work began with developing conceptual and 3D renderings as well as producing millwork drawings. We also came up with a new layout which moved the laundry room from the garage into the house and expanded the kitchen. MMI assisted with all material selections and brought in skilled tradesmen to execute our vision. What was once a compartmentalized and dated home, is now a bright, cheerful, and family-friendly open floor plan. Our clients are thrilled with the finished results, as are we!
