"The personality of Steve and Paul were what made us decide to go with Stevens Kitchens. We felt very comfortable with both of them. The other companies we had met were not so comfortable. They were also located very close to our house so that was convenient. We loved the daily schedule on Buildertrend. Paul was extremely easy for us to get a hold of and we liked that he was available to solve problems in a short period of time - this was more than I could dream. He's very personable as well. Steve and Paul are different type of people then what you usually find in the construction industry. Our kitchen was 40 years old and in bad shape. We needed a new one. We like the new one very much. We are very happy with it. We felt very good working with Stevens Kitchens. When we have more to do, we will go back to get another estimate from them. Everybody was great. It was an organized group, that's what you want. We didn't have to ask any questions. They took care of things. It was the little things that made it easy for us, that we didn't expect."
