This Scandanavian-inspired Lakeview bungalow was intentionally designed to defy engineering norms and create a forever home for our clients. Distinct contemporary lines are balanced by the use of color, texture and material, creating nuances of warmth and serenity. The exposed Glulam beam system, acts both as a support for the roof and floor, while also adding visual interest to the space. The exposed concrete wall is an eye-catching feature. Carefully produced by our very own Brent Schartner, it is complimented by a sleek suspended fireplace and the natural warmth of the hardwood floors.
