A builder grade condominium is enhanced with custom millwork and window treatments to create a cohesive space with distinct rooms in spite of the open floor plan. The dining area gets a three quarter board & batten wall featuring a plate rail above, while the living area receives a customized corner fireplace mantel and lovely custom window treatments including sheers and a cornice.
