Our team took an unusable, uninsulated and sinking back room and turned it into a livable space. Tearing down the existing walls, we re-supported, framed, insulated and drywalled the area. We also added more storage space to the room, with two six panel sliding closet doors. New windows with custom jamb extensions and a new door were also included. After a fresh coat of paint, carpet installation, and an electric fireplace were added, this space increased this home's value and comfort.
