This great room has 45 foot ceilings with a 20 foot tall fireplace and six foot firebox constructed by a local stone mason. Timber for for the structure was harvested at Pilchuck tree farm. Windows are actually door frames that were converted into operating windows. All the tabels and benches were hand buld along with the structure by Gary Nelson as a young man. The project too 18 months in total.
